 Pastor Ileana is an ordained minister, motivational speaker, and passionate teacher of the Word of God. She is called to equip churches, women, couples, and families through biblical teaching, workshops, and conferences—sharing practical tools rooted in Scripture and life experience. She firmly believes that God’s promises are for everyone.

Having overcome an abusive marriage and cancer, Pastor Ileana stands as a testimony of unwavering faith. The Scriptures that shaped her life—“Is anything impossible for the Lord?” (Genesis 18:14) and “If God is with us, who can be against us?” (Romans 8:31)—continue to guide her ministry today.

She holds a doctorate in Theology and Biblical Counseling, a Master of Health Services Management, and a nursing degree from the University of Puerto Rico. A retired U.S. Army Nurse Officer and federal RN with 35 years of service, she has received numerous honors for leadership and excellence.

Since 2010, she has empowered couples through marriage mentoring and family education programs. She is the founder of the F.A.I.T.H. and Mujeres MILENA women’s conferences and has served through Spanish radio and television ministry. Under the guidance of the Holy Spirit, she also oversees churches internationally through Mustard Seeds & Rainbows Ministries.

Pastor Ileana serves faithfully alongside her husband, Pastor Joe, a retired U.S. Army Sergeant Major, as they lead with a heart for serving God and loving people.

Above all, Pastor Ileana is compassionate, approachable, and devoted to helping others reach their God-given potential—always reminding us, “Jesus loves us so much that He gave His life for you and me.”

 Pastor Joe is known for his loving heart, wisdom, and genuine care for people. Born in Ordot, Guam, the oldest of eleven children, he learned early the values of responsibility, hard work, integrity, and serving others. Those foundations shaped the leader and shepherd he is today.

At 19, he joined the U.S. Army, where he faithfully served for 24 years. Rising through the ranks to Master Sergeant and graduating from the U.S. Army Sergeant Major Academy, Pastor Joe was respected for his discipline, strong principles, and deep compassion for soldiers and their families. Many sought him for counsel, guidance, and encouragement.

After retiring from military service, he continued serving in civil service before fully stepping into pastoral ministry. God used his leadership experience to prepare him for his calling as a shepherd of His flock.

Pastor Joe loves people exactly where they are in their walk of life. Couples seek his wisdom, teens look to him for guidance, and children adore him. He believes in building people up through faith, discipline, love, and the Word of God—reminding everyone, “You just have to believe; with Him, everything is possible.”

His favorite Scripture, John 14:12–14, reflects his faith that God still moves powerfully today.
